Meridian
- 2 oz gin
- 1/2 oz Amaro Nonino
- 1/2 oz lemon juice
- 1/2 oz apple simple syrup
- fresh sage
Muddle one large sprig of sage with apple simple syrup. Add all other ingredients and ice and shake well. Double strain into a highball glass over fresh ice. Garnish with a fresh sprig of sage and a lemon wheel.
